Establishment of knowledge management system and productivity cycle in the executive organs of the province

According to the organization’s public relations, the sixth meeting of the working group for the development of human resources management of executive bodies was held in the meeting hall of the Management and Planning Organization of Bushehr province with the presence of member bodies. In this meeting, while expressing the necessity of establishing a knowledge management system and productivity cycle in the region, it was decided that the executive bodies will take initial measures to develop these two management systems within the current year, according to the existing directives. Also, in the implementation of the plan of the executive bodies of the province, the presence of qualified employees in the evaluation center of the organization and salaries and benefits up to the twentieth of each month in the Pakna system were emphasized.
