Ali Darvishi, the head of the Management and Planning Organization of the province, announced this news in a conversation with the public relations of the organization, adding: The transformation of the situation of the martyrs, according to the joint instructions of the Administrative and Employment Organization and the program and budget of the country, has started from 19/3/1400 in the executive organs of the province at the same time as other provinces of the country.

He added: “During this period, questions and ambiguities were raised by the executive bodies regarding how to implement the instructions to change the status of the veterans, which was announced in a joint circular of the Administrative and Employment Organization and the country’s budget plan on 12/9/1400.”

In implementing this decision, the date of issuance of the employee number in the Iranian employee system is the basis for distributing employment orders for eligible employees. He added: “People involved in labor occupations have become definitively formalized, but by presenting a formal commitment based on the individual’s consent to retain in labor occupations, the executive body is obliged to transform the status of this group of employees into permanent workers.”

The head of the organization also stated: “According to the decision of the cabinet, the fighters of the Resistance Front are also subject to the laws and regulations governing the fighters.”

Darvishi added: the agencies subject to the directive are allowed to apply for their university degrees if they have a non-occupational position commensurate with the veterans ‘educational qualifications, but if the regulatory bodies do not have a non-occupational position commensurate with the veterans’ degree, the public service manager A group of martyrs is awarded.

In another part of his speech, he added: “According to the joint directive of program, budget, administrative and employment organizations of the country, the meaning of current affairs or activities matters to carry out the missions of organizational posts approved by the device or to support organizational missions on-site.” Executing devices take place. It is also prohibited to employ new human resources in the administrative apparatus to replace all corporate and contract staff formally employed in the implementation of paragraph 20 of Note 20 of the Budget Law of 1400.

In the end, he pointed out: so far, 719 people involved in changing the status of veterans of the executive organs of the province from formal probationary, contractual, fixed-term, temporary labor, and company contracts to official-definitive status have been changed.
