Press conference of the head of the organization with the media on the subject of the approvals of the presidential visit to Bushehr province

According to the public relations of Bushehr Management and Planning Organization, a quarterly press conference was held with the media on Wednesday, 12/11/1400, in the presence of the esteemed head of Bushehr Management and Planning Organization, on the subject of the President’s visit to the province. In this meeting, which is held every three months with the local media, Dr. Darvishi said:

According to the President’s visit to Bushehr province on October 7, 2021, 93 projects with a credit of 4,950 billion tomans were approved.

In addition to the mentioned construction credits, to develop private sector investment, 3,215 billion tomans of facilities have been approved to complete various projects and encourage private sector investors.

In addition to the above, $ 920 million has been allocated to complete two major projects, including Dena Petrochemical and replacing foreign-made or foreign-flagged vessels with domestically built vessels.

Of the total obligations of the Management and Planning Organization in 1400, more than 75% of the approved credit (1134 billion Tomans) has been allocated so far that 851 billion Tomans have been assigned to the President’s travel projects in Bushehr province in 4 stages.

He added: Regarding the approvals of the presidential trip, we have witnessed very positive events for the province, so that 851 billion tomans have been allocated so far, and its distribution in different sectors is as follows:

The amount of 110 billion Tomans has been considered for date palms and dates, which is 20 billion Tomans for projects such as completing the infrastructure of Haj Mehdi pumping station in Dashtestan, implementing 30 billion Tomans for Saadabad irrigation sub-network, 20 billion Tomans for implementing irrigation sub-network and 20 billion Tomans has been allocated to the sub-network and also to replace and improve the palm trees of the whole province.

In the field of fisheries, 63 billion and 200 million Tomans have been considered, of which 8 billion and 200 million Tomans are credited for dredging the Lavar wharves of Dashti and Nakhl Taghi cities, which are in the final stages of the tender. Twenty-one billion Tomans has been considered for Khorkhan Bardkhoon wharf and 34 billion Tomans for shrimp breeding sites, which is related chiefly to Rud Shoor shrimp breeding site.

In the field of industry, 62 billion tomans have been allocated: Of this amount, 25 billion tomans have been allocated to the Industrial Towns Company as the custodian of the region to set up a special economic zone in the north of Bushehr province and create infrastructure. Also, 6 billion tomans of credit have been considered to implement the electricity transmission line in the special economic zone of the north of the province. The exact amount of credit is to be invested by the Industrial Towns Company, which is being planned.

79 billion tomans have been allocated for the road and transportation sector, which is as follows: Sixty-four billion tomans have been allocated to complete the highway corridor in the south of the country in the province, which includes the remaining projects from Goat Bandoo in Assaluyeh to Deylam. Fifteen billion tomans of credit have been notified to the Department of Highways and Road Transport to eliminate accident hotspots.

One hundred ninety-four billion Tomans have been allocated for higher and public education, of which 18 billion Tomans for higher education, including the completion of the laboratory and cultural and welfare complex of the Persian Gulf University, 75 billion Tomans for the fulfillment of schools under construction and 3 billion Tomans for three student pools in Bushehr. Tomans, Genaveh is allocated eight billion Tomans and Kangan 2 billion Tomans.

82 billion tomans were allocated for cultural and sports projects:

Twenty-five billion tomans are for Assaluyeh Cultural and Artistic Complex. Still, its completion requires twice this credit, and if the commitment of the Strategic Petrochemical Council is fulfilled, we will see the project operational next year.

In the sports sector, 29 billion tomans were allocated to complete 26 semi-finished sports projects or sports equipment, 7 billion tomans for the Bushehr gymnastics hall, and 5 billion tomans for the completion of the Mahdavi stadium. Sixteen billion tomans have been allocated for cultural heritage, including the restoration of Bushehr’s historic fabric and the Siraf tourism axis.

In the field of health and treatment, we are witnessing the allocation of 120 billion Tomans, of which 30 billion Tomans to Bushehr Special Diseases Medical Center, 41 billion Tomans for the replacement hospital of Fatemeh Zahra Hospital, which is being built behind the Persian Gulf Martyrs Hospital, and 20 billion Tomans. To complete and equip Khormoj and Ahram hospitals, 9 billion Tomans have been allocated to complete the medical school and 20 billion Tomans for 17 health houses and comprehensive urban centers projects.

One hundred eighty-one billion tomans were allocated for water and sewage. Of this amount, 69 billion Tomans have been earmarked for completing the sewage of Bushehr, Genaveh, and Deylam cities, 22 billion Tomans for water supply of Dashti and Tangestan villages, which has recently started its operation, and 90 billion Tomans for completing the dams of the province, including 30 billion Tomans for Khaiz Dam, 45 billion Tomans has been allocated for Dalaki Dam and 15 billion Tomans for completing the whole Dalaki network.

In this section, projects such as Dehroud Dashtestan Dam, water transmission line from Khayez Dam, whose initial estimate is 150 billion Tomans, and the purchase of water from the desalination plant of the nuclear power plant is among the approvals during the President’s visit. Tehran and its notification by the government or Article 23 permission to allocate a budget line.

The 100 billion pledge of the Strategic Council of Petrochemicals based in South Pars has not been fulfilled. In other words, 100 billion tomans have been committed by the Strategic Council of Petrochemicals, of which 80 billion tomans have not been reported so far this year.

According to the allocated credits, 37% of the approved credits of Bushehr province have been realized so far, and 63% have not been realized yet. But the allocation of the obligations of the country’s program and budget organization in 1400 has been achieved by 75%.

The deadline for allocating and attracting credit for the current fiscal year is the end of July 1401. Also, not realizing the budget does not mean returning the budget.

Of the total approved credit of the province, 954 billion Tomans is related to oil, of which 189 billion Tomans, equivalent to 20%, has been realized so far.
