The head of management and planning organization of Bushehr province announced the beginning of the process of reviewing the performance evaluation documents of 52 executive bodies and four banks of this province.

According to the public relations report of the Management and Planning Organization of Bushehr Province, Ali Darvishi stated: This year, in addition to 52 executive bodies, four National Banks, Agriculture Bank, Sepah Bank, and Housing Bank have voluntarily participated in performance evaluation.

He added: The evaluation will be done in two dimensions of general and specific indicators, which general indicators for each device will include eight indicators, 55 sub-indices, and 17 indicators; This evaluation will be done from July 13 to the end of July 1401.

The head of the Management and Planning Organization of Bushehr Province stated: At the end of the initial evaluation, which will last for one week, the executive bodies will be allowed to fix possible defects and complete the documents announced by the evaluators.

Darvishi pointed out: The essential axes of evaluation in general indicators include the functioning of executive bodies and their ease of use, meritocracy in the appointment of human resources, promotion of administrative health, the establishment of a system for dealing with public complaints, the establishment of a comprehensive system for the development and promotion of the culture of prayer.

This official added: Specific indicators are also developed in each executive body based on the objectives and operational plans of that body and usually vary between 4 indicators in small organizations and 60 indicators in institutions such as universities.

The head of the Management and Planning Organization of Bushehr province said: According to Shahid Rajaei’s circular issued by the administrative and employment organization of the country, in this year’s festival, seven organizations that have the highest score and the most growth rate compared to the previous year will be introduced as the best body.
