Holding a meeting of the Planning and Development Council of Bushehr province / compiling the method of industrial social responsibilities

The head of the Management and Planning Organization of Bushehr province announced the compilation of the method of social responsibilities of the oil and gas industries to the executive bodies of this province.

Ali Darvishi in the meeting of the Bushehr Planning and Development Council, referring to the existence of various industries in the province, said: “Most of these industries are active in the field of oil and gas, which play an important role in the country’s economy.”

He said that despite their role in the national arena, the oil and gas industry has anomalies and negative consequences for the environment. “The areas around the oil industry have a heterogeneity between the environmental conditions and the lives of the residents,” he said.

The head of the Management and Planning Organization of Bushehr province emphasized: In this province, especially in the southern part, which has the largest number of establishments and concentrations of industries, the requirements of passive defense should be considered.

Darvishi announced the unemployment rate in Assaluyeh city located in the south of Bushehr province as 4% and stated: that the farther we go from the south of the province, the unemployment rate increases and in some cities it even reaches 20%.

He stressed the need for the participation of various industries in the implementation of social responsibilities: In the days of Corona, many companies participated in the fight against it, but what was expected in Bushehr province in providing hospital equipment and medical staff costs did not materialize.

Darvishi added: “Many executive projects in line with social responsibilities by industries are not in line with the approach of the Planning and Development Council of Bushehr province as an upstream reference and sometimes projects are defined that do not meet the standards and requirements and sometimes need to be allocated to complete them.” Credits have been from the resources of the province.

The head of the Management and Planning Organization of Bushehr province said: the definition of projects in the fields of health, sports and education should be in line with health documents and the executive bodies should plan in such a way that the projects can be exploited with the funds allocated from social responsibilities.

In the end, Darvishi announced the development of opportunities for the 1401 budget law and its notification to the executive bodies and added: “This year, with the approval and publication of the 1401 budget law, in terms of consolidating some lines and defining some new capacities in the law for maximum use of the executive bodies A collection entitled “Legal Capacities contained in Budget Law 1401” was compiled and communicated to the executive bodies of the province.

He stressed that the executive bodies are expected to make every effort to attract resources from the centralized ranks to meet the needs of their field of work through central ministries and organizations.
