An examination of the unemployment rate in the age group of 4 to 4 years also shows that in the spring of 1996, 15.6% of the active population in this age group were unemployed. Seasonal changes in the unemployment rate of these people show that this rate has decreased by 1.1 percent compared to spring ١٣٩٩.
