War zone benefits have not been removed

Following the publication of news in cyberspace about the removal of benefits from war zones, the head of the management and planning organization of Bushehr province announced;

*The benefits of war zones have not been removed, but the scope of its inclusion has been changed based on the decision of the Court of Justice*

According to the public relations report of the management and planning organization of Bushehr province; The head of the Management and Planning Organization of Bushehr province said: the advantages of combat and operational zones have not been removed, but based on the decision No. 1573 of the Administrative Court of Justice, the scope of its inclusion has been changed.

Mohsen Papri Zarei added;
Based on the decision No. 1573 dated 29/5/1401 of the General Board of the Court of Administrative Justice, the implementation of which is mandatory for executive bodies, employees subject to the privileges listed in clauses *C* and *G* of Article 112 of the Law of the Sixth Plan are developed (Privileges of operational areas, war) who were engaged in service in the mentioned areas during the holy defense period.
He added: the benefits of the aforementioned law have not been removed, but the scope of its inclusion has been changed based on the aforementioned decision
